Breathwork
I am a certified trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator and offer signature workshops that combine Conscious Connected Breathing with carefully curated sound journeys—ranging from electronic beats to calming rhythms—alongside visualization, meditation, and scents.

These sessions offer a gateway to the subconscious mind, much like a deep meditation or hypnosis, while the body simultaneously detoxifies and rejuvenates on a cellular level.

In 1:1 sessions or tailored group sessions, I teach you how to use your breath as a tool in your day-to-day life. To handle anxiety, to reduce nervousness before a keynote, to calm yourself when things get heated.
"That one Breathwork session did more for me than half a year of therapy."

What to expect from my Signature Breathwork Sessions
You don't have anything else to do. Just breathe.
Using the breathing technique of Conscious Connected Breath will feel like you are breathing deeper and faster than usual.
The first moments may feel exhausting, like a workout. Your mind might start to wander, wishing you were somewhere else, asking you to stop. Your body and mind need a few minutes to adjust to this new rhythm. With every breath, you’ll feel yourself dropping deeper. Until you find your flow. Until the breathing feels effortless. Until you begin to access what is normally beyond the reach of your conscious mind.In my sessions, you decide how fast and how deep you want to go.
There is no set pace or rhythm to follow. You are in control.

Early on, your body will react to this new flow of breath. You will feel physical sensations that are an indicator of changes in your body. Maybe there is tingling in different body parts, maybe some dizziness in your head. Maybe your hands will start to cramp, making it hard (or impossible) to straighten your fingers. Maybe you will yawn, or you will notice other sensations. When starting to breathe faster and deeper, you are lowering your CO2 levels in your body (you exhale a lot of CO2), and this has an immediate and noticeable effect on your body. Everything is normal and everything will disappear once you return to your regular breath.
On an emotional and mental level, the effects are less predictable and vary from session to session. Some sessions can feel deeply relaxing for the mind, like floating in a state between being awake and asleep, with a strong calming effect. Other times, you may be very visual, seeing memories or moments from the past or desires for the future that you become more aware of. It is likely that at some point emotions will become present and strong. Maybe you find an answer to a decision you are finding hard to make. Maybe you are able to make peace or forgive. Anything can happen.

There are not many studies on Breathwork. And there are a lot of different breathing techniques and Breathwork sessions out in the world. We do not yet know exactly what is happening and why it is happening. Some say that due to changes in physical processes, you are able to access your subconscious. To me, it feels that way. Others point out the rejuvenating impact of the breath. They say it supports the detoxification of your cells, and Wim Hof is one of the leading voices in Breathwork for peak performance.
My classes contain meditation, visualizations, and a carefully selected musical journey, from electronic beats to healing sounds
and frequencies.

The moment I discovered Breathwork ...
... felt like I have discovered a new world inside of me
The first time I did Breathwork, I was going through a phase where I felt lost. Newly single after a long-term relationship, I thought I just needed some time to relax, so I randomly signed up for a retreat. A Breathwork Retreat. And I had no idea what was coming.

During my first Breathwork session, many pictures and memories popped up in my head, which I thought I had long forgotten. Or I wanted to have them forgotten.
But what I realized was that all of those moments were still there. And all of the unprocessed emotions were still there, making their way to the surface, and me being incapable of escaping them.

I realized that all of my life, I had never dealt with emotions like sadness, grief, or shame. Everything that would make me vulnerable, I pushed away. And in that very moment, I realized that all of it had just been waiting for its moment to finally come to the surface.
... and made we want to share this experience with others
Before this retreat, I was the most unreflective person. I wasn’t in tune with my body or my emotions. I didn’t want to feel anything other than joy and excitement, and I didn’t take responsibility for my own feelings.

After the retreat, I felt lighter and closer to myself.

Tose Breathwork sessions opened my eyes, my heart, and my mind. It became one of my favorite tools to tune in with myself, to work through past trauma or navigate current challenges.

I was so surprised and impressed by the capabilities of my own body that I decided I wanted to share this with others.

Because if Breathwork can help me become a calmer, happier version of myself - imagine what it can do for you.
